Abstract

The study is devoted to the development of approaches improving the competitiveness of a pharmacy on the basis of modern information technologies and social-oriented management. This research study presents the results of an experimental study concerning pharmacy patient compliance. A unique information database of medicines was developed. An innovative service for pharmacies, i.e., a mobile service was developed.
