This study aims to provide a scheme to examine the relationship between human resources efficiency and knowledge management. In this regard, Damsan Rayaneh Company, one of five highest companies in the field of network security, was selected as the statistical population. The questionnaire was the tool to gather the data and Cronbachs Alpha Coefficient was used to confirm the validity and reliability of the content analysis. To analyze the data, Friedman Test and Pearson Correlation coefficient were used. The results show that there was a significant positive human resources efficiency and all knowledge management dimensions, namely, achieving, analyzing, maintaining and using knowledge.
