In this study, we consider a delayed predator-prey system with Beddington-De-Angelis functional response and stocking. By using coincidence degree theory, the existence of positive periodic solutions for above system is established. Then by applying the existence result of positive periodic solutions and constructing a Lyapunov functional, the global attractivity of a positive periodic solution for above system with Beddington-De-Angelis functional response and stocking is established.
