Abstract

Job performance and job satisfaction are known as common and important constructs in behavioral studies. Numerous studies investigate factors influencing performance and job satisfaction. However, only few studies explored performance and job satisfaction’s antecedents on for overtime night shift workers. They are known as workers with different pressure to their counterparts.
