Abstract

This study presents the study of effect of weak magnet fields on the haemotological and some Histological parameters of Albino rats exposed for a period of 6 h per day for 2 weeks. Analysis on these parameters clearly showed that no significant differences were observed in both the haemotological and histological studies and therefore poses no serious health risk of any kind. It however recommends that GSM users should not be scared of the usage of their cell phones but to avoid abuse at instantaneous period because the somatic changes might result in late biological injury.
