This study presents a mathematical model of a constant pressure in situ combustion process with heat source and variable permeability using high activation energy asymptotics. Numerical solutions are constructed for the governing equations using thin flame technique together with shooting method technique. The results show that temperature increases as the flame speed decreases and Frank-Kamenetskii number increases.
