The purpose of this study was to investigate the integration of resource-based view and dynamic capability to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The case study of 3 petroleum industries was selected purposively by considering in resources involvement. The semistructured individual depth interview with 3 supervisors responding in strategic planning and management were employed for gathering data.
