The aims of this study to evaluate the batik MSMEs training program. Respondents in this study was craftsmen of batik MSMEs who have attended several training programs. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Data analysis using descriptive qualitative and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the analysis concluded that several factors lead to non optimal of batik MSMEs training programs sequences was a trainer quality, training methods, training materials, motivation of trainees, facilities and infrastructure, environment and time of training. In order to optimal, batik MSMEs training programs should be conducted to use participatory training model.
