Abstract

The study presents the theoretical and methodological aspects of understanding the essence and specificity of the phenomenon “imperious violence” in the domestic political and legal field. The researchers make arguments for the importance of researching various forms and types of violence in the context of the national legal and political life of the country. This type of research is meaningful and of importance to the search for the optimal ways of legitimizing state power from the viewpoint of the modern policy and law that in its turn can be attributed to the significant factor for the sustainability of any country.
