Abstract

Exports is considered as one of the most important factors of development of countries, especially in the area of cereals and Iran can obtain great success in this area due toits existing potentials as well as the weaknesses of other Middle East countries for providing their required flour. The main objective of this research is the investigation of the impact of international experience and innovation capability on the success of export performance. The research method is descriptive-measurable and the research purpose is functional. The statistical community includes marketing managers of factories affiliated with cereal companies and companies doing trading services which were active in the area of flour production. The sample size was 206 people that the researcher has determined 136 people as the sample size by using cochran’s formula. To collect data in this research, standard questionnaire was used which the validity and reliability of research have also been approved. To analyze data, the researcher used Smart PLS 3 software.The results showed that international experience affects innovation capabilities and export performance. Similarly, innovation capability is an effective factor for strengthening the success of export performance.
