Abstract

In study some problems concerning the scientific bases, modern approaches and regularities of constitutions moral support are considered. The texts of 56 countries constitutions of the world presenting the European and American regional groups regarding attraction to the constitutional words (phrases) texts from a moral row as well as for the purpose of general and special identification in this sphere are analyzed.
