The study presents the results of the study of the issue of socio-cultural adaptation of migrant refugees. The practice of the Russian Federation in the use of voluntary work with refugees through active involvement of civil society institutions, business structures in the social partnership system may be applied also on the territory of Western Europe the countries of which nowadays experience significant migrant load on the society.
