Abstract

A study is considered some aspects of counteraction to terrorism in modern conditions. Researchers are stated the general characteristics of modern terrorism including the criminal and legal characteristic there are shown its public danger and social consequences. Examples of law-enforcement practice are given. Opinions of famous scientists of the Soviet and Post-Soviet periods investigated a terrorism problem are analysed.
