The study provides gender analysis of pensions of employees involved in a production with harmful and difficult working conditions. Comparative statistical data on the amount of a preferential pension (on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan) was analyzed, a discriminatory character of the existing practices of early retirement from a health standpoint for both men and women was revealed.
