Abstract

The study is considered the compromises in criminal and legal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan which were allowed to increase and expand of use of compromises in the criminal legislation, to reduce application of the criminal legislation and minimize process of involvement of citizens to the sphere of criminal legal relations.
