The objective of this research was to find out the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction toward performance of elementary school supervisors in district/city of Riau Province in 2010. This research used quantitative approach and survey method for data analyze. Data were collected by using questioners in 60 elementary school supervisors in city of Riau Province. Sample of this research were selected from 150 elementary school supervisors in district/city of Riau Province by using Slovins theory. Based on the finding, we have several conclusions: organization culture gave positive effect toward performance of elementary schools supervisors; job satisfaction gave positive effect toward performance of elementary schools supervisors; organization culture and job satisfaction gave positive effect toward performance of elementary schools supervisors.
