Abstract

This study deals with investigation of the problem of school poor progress in Foreign languages on the whole and specificity of the present problem in teaching pupils of 10-12 years old. The topicality of the subject is determined by the existing conflict between the demand of contemporary society for the level of linguistic erudition of its nationals and actual position of affairs with schoolchildren trained in Foreign languages.
