Abstract

Wellness in counselor training has received rising attention in the recent years. However, balancing between self-care and other care is frequently a challenging for novice counselors. The procedure of caring is invented of steady series of felt separations, active involvements and empathic attachments. The ability to involve in the caring cycle is essential for success. However, few wellness programs have been explained that as proof based theoretical model as a guide.
