Abstract
In the past years, there have been a lot of studies about determinants of export performance. While some of these studies have achieved findings supporting each other, some of them have achieved different findings. In this study, effect of objective manager features on export performance in the olive and olive oil industry in Turkey’s Aegean region has researched.
