Abstract

Discovering association rules are a core topic of data mining. This survey study presents an overview to some of the previous researches on this subject, evaluating the current status of the field and revealing the future trends in this area. The idea behind association rules is presented and comparison of different algorithms is provided as part of the evaluation.
