The spectrum is a precious, scarce limited resource, especially with the tremendous increasing in the wireless services and applications. Cognitive radio is a new technology invented to improve the spectrum utilization by using the white space spectrum, which is licensed but not used in a specific time and space. This study deals the channel allocation implemented in different networks phenomena to improve network performance, in specific scenario, to avoid interference and achieve network throughput.
