Enterocutaneous fistula (ECF) is a rare but potentially serious complication following hernia repair, particularly when polypropylene mesh fixation is involved[1]. Cases presentation: We present five cases (three females and two males) belonging to the geriatric age group (60‐75 years) of enterocutaneous fistula following umbilical hernia repair with polypropylene mesh fixation.
