Abstract

Confrontment to corruption is considered one of the eternal questions of organization of a state. It is evident that corruption did not appear in society at a given time. Corruption reveals itself in social phenomena that are deeply connected with it. This study makes an attempt to consider origin of crimes connected with corruption.
