Isolated Left Ventricular Non-compaction (LVNC) is a rare congenital cardiomyopathy, which is characterized by excessively prominent trabecular meshwork and deep intratrabecular recesses. Common clinical presentations include: systolic and diastolic dysfunction, systemic embolism, ventricular arrhythmia. In this case we report a case of 42–year-old woman with history of embolic events and with the diagnosis of LVNC with preserved left ventricular systolic function.
