Abstract
The combination, between information technology and industry, radically rebuilt and armed the whole traditional industry, and improved the controlling precision and the automatic level of the production process, and jointed the enterprise production with management and the dispersive sell throughout the world?and ulteriorly supported the enterprise expand and the information communication. This paper proposes the integrated model of the enterprise cooperative business management system, which includes the ERP, DRP, SCM, CRM, cooperative plan, logistic, e-business, OA and workflow, and then systematically builds the product frame and the application frame and the implement frame and the correlative network security frame and the information integrating frame and the knowledge management frame and the electronic settlement frame by the web and security and component technology. These frames satisfy with the cooperative business among the company and the supplier and the distributor and the transporter and the users.
