Abstract

Asymptomatic lung lobar emphysema was incidentally found in a four-year-old male Pekinese dog in routine health check. No clinical signs associated with lobar emphysema have been observed at the presentation. Diagnostic imaging and pathological studies revealed Congenital Lung lobar Emphysema (CLE). This is the first report of asymptomatic CLE in dogs.
