This study aims to study the moderating role of competitive intensity on the relationship between coopetition strategies and company performance. By following a quantitative approach of the hypothetico-deductive type and by using the method of structural equations, the study confirms the moderating effect of competitive intensity on the relationship between vertical and horizontal coopetition strategies and the companys performance on a sample of Tunisian manufacturing industry.
