Abstract

This study examined the moderating role of strategy communication on the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance with particular focus on the higher educational institutions in Palestine. The study generated a quantitative questionnaire data from 236 respondents representing the top, medium and low management level of the higher educational institutions in Palestine. Data was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model PLS-SEM. Overall, the finding revealed that organizational cultureis significantly related to performance of higher education institutions in Palestine. A further result of the moderating role shows that communication success moderating the influence of organizational culture on the organizational performance. Discussions on the findings is highlighted with the implication and limitation of the study equally provided.
