Abstract

Economic growth is depend to internationalization and innovation. While arguing that SMEs are assumed as the backbone of industrial development and they andplay an important role in internationalization and they are interested in rapid growth, they are limited by financial resources. In a knowledge-driven economy such as Malaysia, economic growth is increasingly dependent upon innovation and internationalization, SMEs have financial problems. This study shows that availability and accessibility to the finance is one of the most challenges for SMEs.
