Abstract

Taking into accou nt that notarial system in Russia is based on the principles of self-organization and self-development, we can state that it is one of the most successful forms of implementation of the rights and liabilities and one of the best and least expensive forms of protection and prevention of violations in the sphere of civil law. If we consider statistical data, annually >90 mln. notary acts are fulfils. Accordingly, more than half of the country’s citizens visit a notary a least once a year.
