Abstract

The purpose of this research is the supervision and management control on the staffs, so the research method is applied as practical. To gather information the interview and questionnaire tools were used. The statistical sample volume is equal to the statistical society that is about 70 individuals. And data were categorized by the use of Likert comparing method and the obtained results were evaluated.
