Abstract
The object of increased attention of all the market participants is the activity of Russian corporations acting under the economic turbulence condition as the consequence the necessity of the prompt response to instability of the market environment arises. High rates of the business growth, sharpening of competition at the internal and international markets causes increased dependence of corporations on the external financing sources and may result in the loss of financial stability.
