Abstract

In recent years, the development of e-commerce is rapidly increasing and competition in the world of e-Commerce becomes more intense. Because of this, companies invested a lot in e-commerce to secure competitive advantage for their business. This study examines, a number of aspects of B2B website benefit and satisfaction in Small Medium Enterprise (SME) organizations in Indonesia. A structural model for SME having benefit and satisfaction, as the main variable of interest or dependent variable was built. A quantitative approach was used to test hypotheses which are developed from the literature. Following a pilot study, SMEs with B2B websites is used to collect the data which then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques. Findings revealed the mediating relationships between organizational drivers, security and their influence on SMEs’ perceptions of benefits and stakeholder satisfaction and support the B2B website model implementation.
