The present study aimed to review the literature regarding Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Basic and clinical updates were reviewed. Coronaviruses are infections of both clinical and veterinary significance. Coronaviruses are single stranded RNA infections with a lipoprotein envelope and enter the host cells by a Class I combination protein, for example, one that doesnt require some other viral surface proteins for combination. Clinical presentation of patients with Coronaviruses included cough, fever, headache. The age of patients in some cases was as early as 112 days. As a conclusion, although, the existence of widespread of Coronaviruses, vital information remains to be elucidated.
