Abstract

The history of the development of terrestrial civilization is associated with natural disasters, accidents and disasters. Emergencies as a result of the impact of various factors and phenomena on man and the environment, lead to injuries and loss of life, cause enormous material and moral damage. The statistics of human and material losses from natural disasters, accidents and disasters reveals their rapid growth around the world and especially in the second half of the 20th century.
