Ovarian Reserve of the Female Adolescents with Amenorrhea and the Factors Reducing it

Abstract

The study presents the ovarian reserve criteria in 93 girls with secondary amenorrhea. The ovarian reserve was evaluated by the hormone level: FSH, LH, E2, AMH, Inhibin B and ultrasonic markers ovarian volume and the number of antral follicles in the section. In 9.7% of cases the low ovarian reserve was detected. The factors that resulted in reduction in the ovarian reserve were specified and the predictive indices were estimated.
