Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between the spirituality and organizational commitment among the employees of National Iranian Oil Distribution Company. The organizational spirituality questionnaire by (Memarzadeh and Sanei) and organizational commitment questionnaire by Allen and Mir were applied. Data was collected from a sample of 190 employees of National Iranian Oil Distribution Company.
