Abstract

The study considers the theoretical and practical understanding of the principles of labour law as a legal category. Comparative analysis of Soviet and Russian legal science on the question of the relationship between the concepts of “principles of law” and “legal principles”. Also refers to the judicial practice which promotes the interests of the employer and to prevent abuse by employees.
