Abstract

In this research, the method of operative linking of airphoto intelligence and virtual topographic model are described. This method begins with preprocessing step which is made using anti-aliasing algorithm including low frequency filtration and deblurring algorithm application (this algorithm is based on Tikhonov’s filtration), contour detection step which is made using non-linear cellular artificial neural network and contour correlation step which is made using restricted Boltzmann machine.
