A Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) consists of several physically separated sensors to monitor and control physical or environmental conditions. In this study the role of minimum shift keying modulation scheme along with channel coding is analyzed in QoS enhanced clustered sensor architecture. The performance comparison of MSK with other modulation also discussed in this research to increase the energy efficiency at their transceiver and improve the lifetime of sensor nodes. The simulation and mathematical results show the appropriate combination modulation and channel coding to improve the lifetime of energy efficient clustered WSN.
