A major concern of the study was to illustrate the possible effects of migration especially on the health status, health facilities, migration plan and basic characteristics of migrants in their adjustment. The study was conducted in Faisalabad city. A multi-stage technique was applied to select a sample of 120 respondents. It was found that majority of the respondents were in the young age group, a majority of respondents were educated after migration. A majority of respondents had a low level monthly income before migration, while majority of the respondents had a high level monthly income after migration. Majority of respondents reported the reason of disease was non-availability of health services before migration. Majority of the repondents were satisfied with health services after migration.
