Abstract
This study inspect the effect of web-based learning of web-based learning on the devlopment of critical thinking. Since computer was intensively used in our life it has change the structure of the society. Result of this, institutions of education mustn`t ignore the benefit of computer and network technology. Computer in education can be used in different way. In those, World Wide Web is so utilized in education. Result of this the quality of education change and like this skills that be expected from indivudual change too. In those skills, critical thinking is important. Instead of accepting or reject all that they see, or they read, the critical thinking is accepted as a mental skill that help man to contincously investigate, interrougate, evaluate according to scale or standart an disclose before to take a decision. Since computer is densitively used in distance education it can be useful to investigate the effect degree of computer in the critical thinking skills.
