Abstract

Several articles have been written about the selection and the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. However, there is a lack of articles outlining the selection process in detail. In this article, we itemize the selection criteria for a new ERP system at a mid-size manufacturing company. We also list lessons learned from our experience.
