The effects of program were described the result of implementing professional experiences of 67 preservice science teachers. Data were collected by using a set of questionnaire and post professional experiences seminar. The results showed that most of preservice teachers had gained more professional experiences, adapted instructional theory into practice and learn how teach science. They need to prepare themselves in terms of pedagogical understandings and learn how to be a good teacher. Pre professional experiences seminar, workshop for learning innovation, classroom management, best practice for science teaching and instructional media development were required. ER -
