AB  - This study investigates the impact of real exchange rates 
  on terms of trade and economic growth. A long term relationship between the 
  real effective exchange rate, term of trade and gross domestic product is estimated. 
  The estimation relies on cointegration techniques and error correction model 
  using annual data covering from 1980-2012. The results show that real exchange 
  rates co-move with terms of trade in the long run.
