AB  - Innovation is absolutely required by the public sector to meet all the high demands of society. In
order to enhance innovation, knowledge is a very important means in public sector. It would generate new ideas
that are the result of knowledge sharing behavior. Likewise, Islamic work ethic is also a very crucial aspect for
civil servants in performing their duties. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial orientation becomes a catalyst for
innovation that supports knowledge sharing behavior and Islamic work ethic can be run successfully.
