AB - This research is aimed at analyzing what is the influence of reference group to green consumerism
mediated by environmental knowledge. Green consumerism normally related to environmentally responsible
consumption where consumers consider the environmental impact of purchasing, using and disposing of
various products or using various green services. This is a quantitative research and the design of this research
is associative causality. We used path analysis to analyze the relationship between variables in order to
determine the direct and indirect influence of the variables studied. The population of this study were students
of the faculty of economics who have taken a course of resources economics and the sample is fifty students.
The results showed that the reference group has a significance influence on green consumerism. Other results
in this study showed that knowledge of environment have a role of moderator, so in an effort to boost green
