AB - Governmental organizations are working through public policy. For better implementation of this
policy always requires a degree of latitude or discretion in performing their tasks. The aim of this study was to
provide a frame work for impact on client meaningfulness and is willing to implement. For this purpose, we
survey among 2500 staff of the banking system in order to implement a marketing strategy to attract deposits.
For this analysis is used confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling research. First results
show that will have a positive effect on client meaningfulness. Secondly, through an factor (client
meaningfulness) with a positive effect on the willingness to implement policies set by the client meaningfulness,

value that they provide to their customers which in turn positively affects the willingness to implement a
particular policy.
