The subject will lead to dispersion and loss of organizational knowledge and organizational learning. Therefore, two related categories of these areas are knowledge management infrastructure and processes. This study sought to examine the impact of knowledge management infrastructure and processes on effectiveness of project management knowledge on the Institute’s Tebyan.
