AB  - The study is devoted to the research of juridical meaning of the category “legal reality”. The
researchers definition of the category is given. The main elements of the category are studied. The conclusion
is made that legal reality as a fundamental juridical category is a complex multi-layer system, comprising the
whole range of both the real juridical phenomena and the legal ideal and determining the sphere of law existence
for an individual and social medium.
